Player Eligibility

A player’s age on August 31, 2025 will determine their division.
Players are not eligible if they turn the next age before May 1, 2026
We do not check birth certificates as a standard procedure. If you wish to contest a player's age, this must be done at the home plate meeting before the game starts. Please have your birth certificates readily available; failure to provide them will result in a forfeit, although the game will still be played

Arrival

• Be ready 30 minutes before game time (in case of a mercy in the prior game).

Mercy Rules

• 15 runs after 2 innings

• 12 runs after 3 innings

• 8 runs after 4 innings

• 7U & 8U: 15–0 after 3 innings

7U & 8U Special Rules

• Home plate closed (runners from third can only advance on a ball hit or walked in if bases are loaded)

• 5 runs max per inning.

• Bases may be stolen once the ball crosses home plate.

1. Head-to-Head

2. Runs Allowed

3. Runs Scored

(Head-to-Head is knocked off if three teams have the same record)

Home Team

• Coin flip at home plate by umpires.

• Championship games: higher seed is home.

No inning or pitch limits on pitchers. However, I kindly request that you use your best judgement as a coach to protect the health and safety of our young athletes.

BAT GUIDELINES for 6u-12u
USSSA or USA Stamp (2 ¾ Barrel or lower is acceptable)
13u -5
14u - BBCOR or Wood Bats
